Shipping & Dispatch

All Send a Block orders are sent via Express Postage, included in the price of your order.

We ship Monday to Wednesday to help keep your chocolate moving quickly and avoid parcels sitting in depots over the weekend.

Orders placed before 10am Wednesday will be aimed to be shipped that day. Where sourcing is required, dispatch may move to the next shipping  day.

Orders placed after 10am Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Orders placed Thursday to Sunday will also be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Warm Weather

Chocolate is sensitive to heat, so during warmer months we may delay or restrict shipping to certain areas where conditions could put your chocolate at risk.

While we take care when packing your order, we cannot guarantee that chocolate will arrive unaffected by heat during periods of extreme weather.

We recommend having your order delivered somewhere it can be received promptly rather than left unattended.

Once your order leaves our hands, we cannot control the weather or transit conditions. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for chocolate that experiences minor softening or melting during transit.
